The head of state conducted a visit to meet with Ukrainian forces in the Pokrovsk area on Tuesday. Zelenskyy announced that he engaged with warriors at the command post of the first unit of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya zone, an urban center approximately 20km from the focal point.

Volatile Conditions in Pokrovsk

Recent mapping from a national effort revealed that Russian forces had advanced deeper into Pokrovsk and its environs, though a large portion was not fully held by either side. The status is precarious, with accounts indicating that Russian forces were establishing defenses and strengthening posts in certain areas.

Invading troops continue to advance in the Pokrovsk sector and are reportedly acting with increasing comfort within the city proper.

Analysts noted that national troops had freed a large area of a enemy advance in the Dobropillya front, on the eastern edge of the Pokrovsk campaign.

National Aerial Attacks Inside Russian Territory

Kyiv's aerial vehicles targeted a production facility approximately over 800 miles inside Russia at the location. The President's Requests for International Support

The Ukrainian president called on America to continue considering to providing Ukraine with far-reaching military equipment. Addressing a European Union summit from the Pokrovsk area, the head of state also demanded more western sanctions on the federation – including on the energy and atomic industries – and said he sought accession to the union by the end of the 2020s.

Foreign Assistance and Foreign Policy Changes

Germany plans to raise its military aid to the eastern European country by a substantial amount next year to about 11.5 billion euros, the economic authority in the German government said on Tuesday. This includes, among other things, cannons, drones, armoured vehicles and the exchange of missile defense equipment.
